Pets

Fixed, per pet per reservation
The property is not fenced. Wild animals roam the area. Make sure your pets are in your line of sight.
Pets need to stay in the house during the night for their safety.
Children
Property is not recommended or secured for small children.
There is no special price for children.
There are no cots available at the cottage.
Cancelation Policies
Reservations are final and non-refundable.
We offer Cancelation Insurance Fee of 90 € which gives you the option to cancel up to 10 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel 10 days ahead of the date of your arrival (property time-zone) at the latest, the whole amount of reservation (and additional options) will be refunded minus the Cancelation Fee.
If you don’t cancel the reservation, Canelation Fee will be refunded on the day of your arrival.
Security Deposit
Security deposit is 200 € per reservation.
You can choose to pay the security deposit while making the reservation.
The link to pay the security deposit will be sent 5 days before the arrival date. Deposit needs to be visible in our account on the date of your arrival – we suggest making the deposit at least 1 working day before the arrival.
Deposit will be returned immediately in case of no-show.
After the inspection (within 24 hours upon your check-out) the deposit will be returned. We will immediately send you the refund confirmation – please allow a few days for the amount to be visible in your account.
Fill My Fridge - Optional
Fill My Fridge Option: 50 €
Due to specific location of the property it is possible have groceries delivered on the day of your arrival, ahead of your check in.
The nearest convenience store is in Lištani, 11 minutes by car, it is opened 8:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday.
You will be provided with the list of items available to choose from.
